you need, confirm your location, and a nearby certified technician will be dispatched to you.

Response times vary depending on your location and service demand, but we always aim to
dispatch the nearest available technician immediately. In most areas, you can expect a
technician within 30–60 minutes. You'll be able to track your technician's location in
real time through the app.
D&L Roadside Guardian operates across the entire United States all 50 states.
Whether you're on a major interstate, a rural back road, or in a city parking lot,
our network of technicians is designed to reach you.
Yes! Once a technician is dispatched, the D&L Roadside Guardian app shows a real-time
map with your technician's location and estimated arrival time. You'll also receive
notifications at key milestones so you're always in the loop.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover),
as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely through the app after
service is completed.
Pricing is transparent and shown in the app before you confirm your request
no surprise fees. The cost depends on the service type, your location, and any
parts required (such as a replacement tire or fuel). You'll always approve the
price before we dispatch a technician.
You can cancel your request through the app before a technician arrives.
If the technician is already on the way, a small cancellation fee may apply
to cover their travel costs. This policy is shown clearly in the app before
you confirm any service request.
The D&L Roadside Guardian app is currently in development and will be launching soon
on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. In the meantime, you can request

In the app, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address.
You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email,
check your spam folder. You can also contact our support team for further assistance.
To delete your account or request a copy of your personal data, please email us at
support@dlroadsideguardian.com
with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" or "Data Request."
We process all such requests within 30 days in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Absolutely. All technicians in our network undergo a thorough background check, certification
verification, and skills assessment before they're approved to work with D&L Roadside Guardian.
Every technician is fully insured and trained in roadside safety protocols.
